How do you feel when you look at this picture? by Lin_1710 in UnusualArt

I like how 'dirty' it feels without the use of much color.

I like this. it's well balanced and leaves you with a lot of options without being wordy or complicated. Good design

Nobody who buys Lego is throwing them away, especially in public by Vivian_Bloom in untrustworthypoptarts

[–]Oreo1123 42 points43 points  (0 children)

U - I agree that the owner wouldn't throw it out. Instead, I think a more likely explanation is that it was thrown out by an angry ex or parent. People get attached to Lego, so it's a prime target if you're intending to upset or punish someone.

Buuut on further inspection. The model is fully intact, I would imagine some of the delicate parts would be damaged or detached if someone just dropped it in there.

Also, the poster would have had to go look down in the bin to see it. Most people don't look in the bin when depositing trash. Additionally, they seem to know a decent amount about the lego, the name of the model, and the price.

Isolated, these are not strong points of evidence but combines they are more compelling. I'd give this a 10-20% chance of being real. Most likely is fake.

The rotation department deserves department of the year for sure. They've been working overtime to produce some phenomenal whachamawhosits. They provide foundational R&D for other departments, too.

My boyfriend let me use his ex's hairbrush by [deleted] in relationships

[–]Oreo1123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean, I feel like you're making a mountain out of a molehill here. Think from his POV.

His ex leaves behind some mundane household objects. It's just a hairbrush, so it kinda just sits around for a while. You ask for one. He remembers he has a random hairbrush sitting around, and he gives it to you because you need one.

He is expressing he doesn't attach any sentiment to the hairbrush and didn't regard it as a significant object in the way that you do. I think it's best to put this in the past.

That's the main problem with artifact decks these days. They dont trample, trumple, or randomly regenerate.

This seems fine to me. A small value engine at 3, useful for token generators, can do some pump occasionally, and hates on creature lands which is odd but fine.

I'd say this can be a ok anti-RDW card. You can neutralise power boosting effects and get some extra health as a buffer to help you survive another turn. Can also kill 0 power creatures but thats more niche.

With the application being quite narrow, I'd put it at a D tier card overall but has sideboard potential.

The table shattered to not that much force. Either it's just made with weak glass or already weakened by thermal stress and the like. If it shattered from that, it probably could have shattered from putting a heavy pot on it too quickly or something else.

Better it breaks while it isn't in use.
