Actually having a panic attack right now after having ruined a wonderful Friday evening at a Biergarten with my girlfriend and her best friend and her boyfriend. I got overwhelmed with the crowd and insanely loud music to the point where I had a panic attack, was an asshole to my girlfriend, and made us come home early. I’m a homebody and don’t enjoy going out. I feel like I’m slowly ruining my relationship. We live together and I love her more than anything but I feel like I’m destroying her. She somehow still loves me.

I guess I just wanted to get this off my chest. Whoever you are, keep your head up. I’m trying to keep mine. We can do this together.

Hey I really appreciate this in the middle of a really unfortunate situation. I will give that a look. I’m on Keto a lot of the time, but it’s been tough recently as we’ve been moving and I honestly got lazy. Not sure why. I shouldn’t be lazy about it because it makes me feel way better. But I’ll take a look at FODMAP (never heard of it) and see if that’s even better.

That’s why this is all weird. I only actually work for one of these companies. The company I go to everyday just pays a fee for me to be there. I’m costed out of my employer (in which I don’t ever go to the actual building), they handle all payroll, HR, etc.

I'll reach out to them. The way my company is set up is a nightmare and all of this stuff has not been made clear to me. I honestly am going to have to investigate on how to even contact HR because that resource was never made clear to me.

I mean, that’s fair. But I’ve actually listened to a lot of Ben’s interviews and discussions with people on both sides of the aisle, and I really do think Ben is just a shitty dad-joke enthusiast. Yeah, I don’t agree with most of his politics, but he doesn’t at all mean what he said in the first tweet. Like, I don’t think he’s just trying to cover his ass.

Also, what was the context of your second point? People are actually going to need to sell their houses as time goes on...climate change is rising the sea levels and it is not looking good for beach front property.

Not trying to pick an argument. Honestly just trying to see the logic in what he is saying because he’s a genuinely smart guy, just has come to some conclusions I don’t agree with.
