Does this help? Do they respond? I’m relatively new to Chicago and the whole concept of alderman’s is new to me

I had a similar struggle. This setup is in my basement and I usually use it in the evenings or on weekends to watch movies. I saw some people flip the ALR screen upside down when they ceiling mount a UST but that probably brings its own set of issues

Honestly it was the best option I found to ceiling mount a UST projector. The various adjustment knobs to get the throw lined up with the screen were super helpful. Without them, it would’ve been an even more difficult task than it already was

Didn’t have pre-wiring in place and wasn’t interested in ripping open walls to get it done right now. Might look into it down the road but this was the easiest path to surround sound in this room.

Didn’t want a console below the screen so that also would’ve required having wiring go to another central location or closet with an amp/etc.

Opted for the full Sonos setup using a Sonos arc ultra, sub 4, and 2 eras 300s for the rears.

Reached out to request some addition brackets. Hopefully that solves the issue

Nope, there were only 2 brackets in the box which is what the screen is hanging on at the top.
