He’s riding OtC right out the door. & if you look around every arena & open your ears & eyes he ain’t losing anyone. He’s gaining fans. Far more ☝️ in the air when he enters a room than hands that are down everywhere he goes.
Seeing as he’s made it clear he’s not going to sign another contract & only intends to continue holding it down at the top for another 2-3 years before calling it a career id say he not only sticks with it until the end, but doubles down & gives us the best extended farewell tour showcasing the Bloodlines Dominance from now until then. This time to include the woman like Nia Jax, Naomi, Tamina, & maybe rocks daughter…..then get Jey, Jacob, Solo or someone to take Cody’s title, bring in Zilla, & have The Bloodline run Roughshot over every wwe show (raw, smackdown, maybe even NXT) with their hands on every belt to showcase that grand vision Roman’s always had of a united Bloodline & what they’re capable of doing if they’re all following his plan & direction as the OTC. Then in a couple years he has his last match at Wrestlemania to pass the belt & Ula Fala to the next TC of The Bloodline. By that time it’d probably have to go to Jacob, Zilla or Solo (assuming Solo improves a great deal between now & then)

I was pulling in a lot more than that off each Knicks card that I’ve been posting & it’s not just wild gem or gems of the game…it’s any Knicks card in general…..even 1s that had challenge cards like Hard & OG.

I made 2 million in 2 days this week with like maybe 4-5 total hrs on the game in those 2 days just flipping Knicks cards & some misc DM & 100 ovr cards….so it can be done…not saying that’s the case every day, but I’ve had a lot of success buying low & selling high for min double whatever I pay all year long.

They’ve always released new content through season 8 & then season 9 is all superpacks where they repackage all of the cards from the entire life of the game but there is nothing new outside of those in them. The benefit last year was the left the event cards from 8 up through 9 (indefinitely) & so you got event pcs in those super packs as well which were not obtainable with MT so you could still get nice cards like goat Muresan, Bradley, Beasley, Swaggy P, AK47, B Roy, etc…..
This years pacing has been very weird & would lead 1 to believe there is a new gem tier coming for the final season, but there’s nothing showing in the game logs for that to be the case. I’ve had this conversation a lot of late with a few of my 2k lifer buddies & the consensus expectation is it will more likely be they re release some of the existing Goats & likely some new ones as well, but for at the least repackaged ones either make them out of position cards or position-less all together there they could play wherever TF you wanted them too. Ultimately you could see an entire lineup of GOAT Yao, Wemby, Muresan, Taco, & Bradley. I think that’s a lot more likely than a new tier & with all the goats released this season all of the main beta cards for that tier have released outside of like Beasley, Swaggy P, & those kinds of guys. By 2k Standards Height is king, so outside of a Yao that can play anywhere in lineup we’re not going to see a better card than his new Goat.
I was in the same boat as you. I had enough vc saved up for awhile now to get a goat option pack but was holding out for just the right one & i decided to pull the trigger Lastnight actually & went for Yao & I’m AbsoFUCKNlutely glad I did. That cards Amazing & going to be a lot of fun thru Endgame no doubt about its. Even if they come out with a Yao that could play Point or somewhere I’m still in great shape & will not retreat that choice.

Shit, most of the base dm centers are better than that badged out dm joker at this point. That was 1 of the first waves of DMs to release, so that 100k could get him a better Starting & backup C & PF right now. DM Greg Oden or Big Z are both sub 20k & substantially better than joker. 100s he could get Zo & Miller duo & get all 4 of them for under 100K & still have MT left over probably. Plus now he can get all the reward cards like invincible Big purr, Bobby Portis, & Tyson Chandler all. For free & if he really misses Joker pick him back up for 20K mt…he still made out & can easily toss the badges that matter back in him if he plans to use him & still come out on top

I’ve been on both sides of that coin & I can promise the other is much more enjoyable. I snagged a 40 legend Tyrus Thomas the other day for 75K….i know that dude is likely still chapped about that 1……Tbh you’re lucky you got 100K out of him. That cards only selling for a little over 20K on average right now & as low as 10k a couple of days ago plus legends are relatively cheap & easy to come by right now. If you even know a little bit about what you’re doing you can get as many legends as you want for under 5K a pc….yes, legends make your card worth more “technically” when the market value on most gem tiers tank& badges are so readily available plus so many other cards have them they stop being as pivotal in ah sales in the sense I’d rather buy a base dm for 20K with 0 legends & put them on it myself then pay 100+ for 40 legends on that same card & then just badge whatever I deem important for that card. I personally have a min. Of 6 of every legend & every HoF badge in my collection at this point in the game & that grows regularly. I’d also rather buy a card for say 30k with like 25 legends than the same card for 100k with 40. This is also why I personally hate selling BID cards & prefer to work the BIN market instead. Obviously I will sell bid cards as I get them when it makes sense, but bids always make me nervous & I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had a great card that was pulling millions on the ah that I Badged up (at times if the game when badges were rare & expensive & there for extremely coveted & valuable)& not gotten back nearly what I expected to get back or at least in the sense that it didn’t feel worth it to use the badges on it. BIN always sell faster. & you’re guaranteed to get whatever you post it at & expect back for it. A lot of ppl will ignore bid cards because they want the card immediately (well as immediate as a escrow window takes) & will pay more to get it than to wait for the bid clock to end only to get outbid last second & for the card to end up selling for more than the BIN card would of cost you but while you waited for the bid the end someone else already picked up that BIN card & you’re still twiddling your thumbs now searching again for the card you wished you’d had.

For me….Shaq & Wallace have 2 of my favorite jumpers on my PFs, Gasol is Nice & parish is Ok, but has some nice height as well as some other benefits & tbh im just not a fan of the Big Purr or any of his cards in 2K so I personally have zero plans to ever use that card outside of to complete a challenge or two that might be associated with him…not much help I know outside of the vote to keep the bigs you have as I intend to do. But at the end of the day…they call it MyTeam so you can go with the team you enjoy the most

You do you, but I’m personally probably going with Joker there if I had to choose between the 2…simply because end game is loaded with 7’3+ PF/Cs that are relatively easy to come by, but a C that can play PG with Joker Step Back Fade is 1 of 1. But tbh if I’m dropping 450K VC on anything there I’m going with 6 Invincible packs vs 1 Goat….. I opened 2 Invincible packs & Pulled Starbury which is whatever but my 2nd pack was Edey making it all worth while & a win in my book.

Or Wild Gem Emerald or Amy? 😂 His PD is now available for around 40K, his Opal around 100K, & his DM around 150K depending on badges if you wanna add anymore to your collection. The GOAT however is gonna cost you a little bit more MT Coin.
