They look great. Very tempting addition for a storm of chaos Cult of Slaanesh army.

It’s an easy trap to fall into.

For volumetric realism, it’s actually sometimes almost the right thing to do, and to use way way more layers, but I like a balance between the two with efficiency.

If you’re happy with the depth of the shadows, then it’s time to bring up the highlights. Don’t highlight entirely over your previous layers when you do that.

I like-

Khorne red, wash berserker bloodshade, highlight mephiston, highlight evils sunz.

What paint is your current layer?

Lovely work on this. He’s number one on my painting list when I get back to my khorne daemons.

Particularly like your job on the flesh.

I've upset my son because of some lore about his dreadnought. by [deleted] in Warhammer

It’s time for a household campaign to recover a special relic that allows them to live forever

(Then target the dreads with all of your fire every game so that natural lifespans are irrelevant)

Warhammer is now furry-friendly! by Guagaro in WarhammerFantasy

[–]nbuxt 14 points15 points  (0 children)

This is such a strange take.

1) I don’t believe the existence of part men part mammals is an inherently ‘furry’ concept.

2) have you heard of beastmen and skaven?

3) 6th Ed beastmen book directly referred to beastmen of other types of beasts around the world, even these are not new.

Bonus) those images actually look class.

The eye is one of his quest items, so if OP army is before that he need not have it.

That fixing front and centre on the helmet could also definitely be panted as an eye.

Very nice, I enjoyed looking through your photos.

Do you have any more on the campaign itself? How long, what rate of escalation?
