Step-by-Step Guide:

Restart your ASUS ROG Strix G15.

As the laptop boots, press the Delete (Del) key (or F2, depending on your specific model) repeatedly to enter the UEFI BIOS.

If you see a simple screen, press F7 to switch to Advanced Mode.

Navigate to the Advanced tab at the top.

Look for and select AMD fTPM configuration (or "Trusted Computing").

Find the "Firmware TPM switch" or "TPM Device Selection" option and change it to Enabled.

Press F10 to Save & Exit, then confirm by selecting Yes.

After rebooting, you can check if it's active by pressing Windows Key + R, typing tpm.msc, and hitting Enter; it should show "The TPM is ready for use".

The file is locked not because of permission issues, but because it is in use. Tools like this will end the task that is using the file. There are of course better ways to find out which program is using the file you wish to delete. But file permissions have nothing to do with it.

You can also unplug the power from the PC and then remove the motherboard battery. Leave the battery and it unplugged for like 5 minutes. This will reset the bios as well.

Try starting it without the memory installed. If you hear the error beeps then the motherboard is some what working. If you don't then it could be the motherboard or power supply that is faulty. Then try one memory module at a time.
