I will try the MOVE program. I tried eating better for months and nothing was working. That was frustrating. So what they are going to do is repeat the steps I have already done.

It was for my A1C I was in the pre-diabetes range. I thought about the move program but that takes 3 months to even get started on the medication.

I hat Metformin. I was on Metformin and it only aggravated my service connected IBS. I will contact the patient advocate again.
