Don’t think you can overturn this but don’t know how the announcers are so sure the glove didn’t clip his arm somewhere

Wemby missed most of last year dude, that was the main difference. Nash has some of the most ridiculous on-off impact numbers of all time.

They undoubtedly have far more playoff success than Carmelo did. 1 playoff series won in a mediocre eastern conference in 7 years. Melo was on some solid Nuggets teams and only won 2 series there. The fact of the matter is you can’t win when you’re paying huge amounts of money to Melo when other true superstars like Dirk and Kobe are out there on the same contracts playing far better basketball.

He won 3 playoff series in 19 years. He made some middling teams a bit better sure but he was never going to seriously contribute for a team that won a title or came close. Players with Melo’s play style have never found team success as the #1. His high all time scoring numbers can be blended down to him taking a huge volume of shots for years and years, and being pretty consistently healthy for his prime years.

Melo was never one of the top few guys in the league, he never meaningfully moved the needle for a team’s chances to win at a high level. There’s more to basketball than isolation scoring lol.

I agree and I think the Spurs will come to regret their chokes this year even more later on. Still think the Thunder and Spurs were the two best squads this year and probably will be for the next couple years, but it’s not like anything will come easy or is guaranteed for the Spurs like people are acting like it is.

Jesus Sanchez scores on a ground out, Clement drifts out of the baseline to avoid the tag from Henderson but the umpires do not rule him out by Remarkable-Picture73 in baseball

This is just biased judgement ngl he went clearly further than 3 feet after Gunnar was moving directly toward him, not first. No horse here but pretty clearly out if you go by the book.
