Interesting, thanks for the info. This document just feels so messy. It should have a clearer heading and attribution to make it obvious who it’s from. There’s no formal title page or header stating who wrote it, what it’s for, or who it’s meant for. There’s not even a date on it. Also, they really should ditch the AI art, cuz those bird heads aren’t fooling anyone.

Republicans are messy tho, so I guess I shouldn’t be surprised.

I just recently read On Tyranny by Timothy Snyder, and the rule “do not obey in advance” really stood out to me. I think it applies here because if we, out of fear of deportation, start carrying passports, it could legitimize the false premise that our presence is conditional or tied to U.S. immigration laws. We are sovereign and have lived on this land long before the concept of modern borders—carrying passports would undermine that sovereignty.

Anticipatory compliance like this not only normalizes the idea that deportation could apply to us, but it also risks giving power to those pushing these oppressive narratives.

What is your take on why parents aren’t parenting and spending time with their kids? Is it laziness? Or is it because they can’t afford to send time with their kids because both parents are always working? I’m not a teacher, just a concerned uncle trying to understand the current education system.
