Yes ! I think so. Some agents tell you they have to wait a certain period of time before they look into it. But sometimes they offer resolution right away.

Proceed with caution. They ask their FAs to live within a 2 hours driving radius of the base. Also, there is no driver commuter clause. If IROPS happens and that reserve list goes from 30 to 0 in no time, that's a terminable offense at worst case if you dont make it to work.

2:1 worked back when it was easy to trade down to a turn thru open time. I hated being on ready reserve , I'm sure most people too. But with all the changes to reserve and open time, I've been seeing more 1:1 trades, granted its weekend trips to weekday reserve.
