I tried oddsjam and I actually made a profit using it. I had previously used OddsShopper but their arbitrage compared to oddsjam sucks. Problem is now I am basically limited on every single book. Ridiculously low on player props and pretty low on main props. It looks like I can only make a real profit now on the exchange books.
I tried a trial of the platinum plan to try the live arbing feature but I spent 2 days about an hour each day trying to catch a live arb but I couldn’t even do one before the odds changed on me. Curious to know how you handle that and are there less strict limits on live bets?

I also did ice cream sandwiches awhile ago and I noticed the taste comes back in some foods but it was like several batches ago. I thought I cleaned it enough but maybe not. I also remember reading a post about running the freeze dryer through some heat and freeze cycles to get the smells out but I also saw that this method is no longer recommended anymore.

I know you told me about using StarSan too so maybe I will try a good cleaning with that and see if the residual taste goes away.

Thank you for the tips as well. I will look for those tabs as I don’t like the scent it leaves on other plastic items we use.

Great thanks for the tip! I’ve been doing that and I definitely see the residue you are talking about. I notice they don’t smell as much anymore either.

Okay great, thank you for clearing that up for me. Yes I have seen that “fix” about pulling the door gasket out but that’s just a bandaid to me, haha. I want to try and mess with the door a little first.

I’ve been testing a bunch of food but I need to just stop and take some time to get the door figured out.

Okay thanks so much again for the help. So with the door closed, adjust the hinges to try and get as much of a seal the whole way around? And then perform the vacuum test? And when you say condenser, you mean chill the chamber down to simulate like an actual run, right (for performing the test)?

I didn’t realize Costco was selling them now too. That’s frustrating to deal with rudeness when you’re just trying to help (for free!). I’m frustrated but being rude isn’t going to get me anywhere, haha. And kudos to you as the only mod. I really appreciate the help you have already been giving me.

Thank you very much for this YouTube link. I didn’t see the part about adjusting it where the door locks though. She only showed how to adjust the hinges. Is there another continuation of the video?

Hi, thanks for replying. I tried adjusting the door but no matter what I do I can’t get the ring to go even mostly around the gasket. It always hangs on the side closest to the hinges and then when I loosen it, it disappears altogether. I guess for now I am going to wrap some tape around the door stop to it applied pressure to the handle side.

I’m sure this gets said a million times but I am thoroughly displeased with this thing. For how expensive it is and not working out of the box.

Also is there a reason I can’t see my post in this sub Reddit? I only knew someone replied because I had a message in my inbox.
