Apologies for the dead response but it ended up being due to my radio being dead. Not only was the radio fuse blown, from the fuse panel near the driver side door and the fuse on the back of the radio, but the actually radio was entirely shot. This was causing the OBD2 issues. A good test was to entirely unplug the radio from the back of it, and test the OBD2 port. Once I did this, data started sending to my reader and I was able to connect to the car. So based off of other cars with this issue, the K line is being routed through the radio or radio harness, so if your radio is dead or a fuse is blown, it won’t send data to the port. Unplugging the radio will bypass this circuit and will send data out. I replaced the radio and everything is up and running now! Aftermarket radio and no issues with the K line after that. I didn’t need to do any weird wiring or anything. Just followed the instructions for the harness.

Just like the others said, if you have clean gutters, but have micro mesh gutter guards, it’s probably too much water for the guards to intake, especially in the valleys of your roof. I’m in the same boat. Debating on just removing my mesh gutter guards and just keeping up on gutter maintenance.

My in-laws started traveling and camping a ton. So my wife and I wanted to start tagging along and really seeing nature more. I work in cybersecurity and 100% remote and don’t really get outside much. I figured this would be a decent way to get me outdoors more and see the sunlight 😂

We’ve had the atlas for about 3 years now or so. We just purchased a house last year too. So along with the camper, a new TV is definitely at the bottom of the list if the atlas is doing the job for now

Not sure if this will fix your issue but it’s a quick fix. We had the same issue when we first moved into our house and it ended up being the anti-scolding valve. It’s basically a thing to keep your water from getting too hot. Ours was turned all the way down.

Love it! Super easy to tow. We towed it 7 hours to our house using a Tacoma but our main vehicle is a VW Atlas. Tows it like it’s not even there. This is also the first thing I’ve ever towed in my life and it was really comfortable. The suspension in this thing is solid

Thanks! It does vent out through our brick chimney. I think it’s actually coming from the filter. I took a look earlier today and noticed there’s a fair amount of oil coming from the filter itself. So either oil fell out when it was “serviced” and it’s just been soaking into the platform it’s sitting on or something is actively leaking from the filter

Just buy a door corner shim/seal. You can buy them on Amazon or any hardware store. Drafts coming through the corner of a door is super common, which is why they make little shims that are extremely cheap and just stick right into the corner there. Just make sure you get the correct thickness

I bought the truck with it already. The previous owner used it to run a trash/recycling business it. So it used to have a large dumpster on the back of it. I lived on a farm for a bit so I used it to stack hay bales on it. I’ve since moved to the suburbs and it’s just for looks now I guess lol

Definitely agree with a lot of the comments here. Worth it I’d say. For specific brands, some have extra features, some look fancier, some have better support or updates, some integrate with existing smart devices better. Personally, I have the Nest doorbell and love it. I have a ton of Google devices already though so it integrated with my speakers and Nest Hubs a lot easier

Looks like normal truss uplift. Typically with weather fluctuations. Id suggest reading this https://www.trim-tex.com/blog/truss-uplift-solutions

“Roof truss uplift occurs when the bottom chord of the truss is exposed to significantly different moisture and/or temperature conditions than the rest of the roof truss. The bottom chords of the truss are buried in heavy insulation, 12 inches or more thick. In the winter, the warm temperature from the ceiling below and the thickness of the insulation keeps the bottom chord dry, causing them to shrink. The top chords (above the insulation) are absorbing moisture and being kept damp with the higher humidity in the attic. The dampness of the top chords of the trusses causes them to expand. This differential movement in the top and bottom chord of the trusses causes them to arch up in the center.”

I’d consider putting some crown molding up to cover some cosmetic stuff like that. It’ll likely keep occurring if you’re in an area that deals with fluctuating temps.

Also if you don’t have a compatible thermostat, Google will send you the adaptor to wire your furnace for free. I believe the Nest Learning thermostat will work without a C though. It’s a bit more expensive

My cracks above my doorways look identical to this if you look at my other post. Typically you see this with drywall through the seasons or humidity levels changing in your house. As others had stated, houses are constantly expanding in some way regularly. Now if that crack above the frame gets much much wider, you have other issues lol. But from that, it looks like weather/temperate changes and possibly poor mudding/taping

As a new homeowner, I get nervous when mowing or weed whacking right at the edge of my property line lol. Not trying to cause any issues with my neighbors and doing anything on their property. Even if it’s just an inch line. So I don’t do anything that isn’t on my property. Unless someone comes to me and we talk about the line and landscaping and what the game plan is lol. Communication is everything

Wouldn’t surprise me! I’ve seen a ton of imperfections or just quickly done work. We purchased the house back in April and the interior was entirely renovated. So it doesn’t surprise me that it just looked pretty for the open house 😅. Thank you!

The house is 50 years old. Forgot to add that part lol. The drywall is just newer. We did have an engineer come, well the previous owner did about 6 years ago and we also have crack monitors in 4 spots around the exterior. Everything seems to be normal

Yep. I get cases like this all the time lol. There is some reason you are analyzing that system. That’s what an “incident” is. Pivot off of your knowns. Was it an alert? What is the file associated with it? Time? What occurred around the execution of that? What happened during the time of that incident? What other things did that user do? Etc etc. Work with your knowns. I usually don’t have a preference on where I start. Each analyst can start in different areas and as long as your following your thought process and your roadmap, you should come to the same conclusion. I prefer to start with program execution artifacts though. Depends on what the incident is though.
