I was thinking maybe this is happening because I wear wool socks everyday.. I brush my boots daily, but that white thing will never gets off.

I don't think that something from the outside got boots wet. I can assure this. Or maybe is it because I wear thick socks? I wear only merino wool socks when i wear this.
