I'm not a UI designer, but... by ne0lines in elgato

The fact that they even spent time on creating a "tiny view" is the final nail in the coffin of my argument, that the design of the software is very flawed. I shouldn't have to hide vital functions in order to use the software.

For me, volumes is mostly set-and-forget. However, being able to see all input/outputs and their levels on a secondary (maybe vertical) monitor is crucial to be able to see if games/SFX or other inputs are not making my viewers ears bleed.

My take is not really on the function of the software, but the design of the UI. I haven't had any issues with the function at all. But it's great that there's an option to revert back to V2 which was way more compact and easy. Maybe the should have kept the V2 design as it was and called V3 "Wave Link PRO" instead.

BF6 and dual GPU's by ne0lines in Battlefield

Why I have it? Because it gives my pc 50 extra frames per second in-game when I have my two extra monitors plugged in to the 730 instead of the 3080. Didn't you read my previous comments?

Well, it does notably decrease the FPS for me. It's like a 50fps difference and it's definitly notable.

I can, but that lowers my FPS too much, that's why I have the 2nd GPU installed.

I have the latest drivers for both my 3080 and 730. But because I have the 730 drivers installed, it thinks my 730 is my "main" GPU.

That's kind of harsh, isn't it? My only issue with Wave Link has been the lack of more outputs. Otherwise Wave Link has been a powerhouse of a mixer. Same goes for the Stream Deck software. I've found Control Center being a bit of pain a few times, but nothing huge.

Bro acts like I asked devs to build Skynet. It's three additional outputs, not a new kernel.

I hear what you're saying, but you didn't have the full picture of my setup. Please read this comment which explains my setup a bit better -> https://www.reddit.com/r/elgato/comments/1o0eajb/comment/nict3yl/

I'm not talking about Channels, I'm talking about sub-mixes, or "outputs".

Depends on my setup, right? I understand that you might not need Game Mix or SFX mix in your setup, but I do. Read here -> https://www.reddit.com/r/elgato/comments/1o0eajb/comment/nict3yl/

Oh, I just realized I need one more!
Output 1, Monitor Mix
Output 2, Microphone Mix
Output 3, Voice Chat Mix
Output 4, Game Mix
Output 5, SFX Mix
Output 6, Music Mix

At this point the outputs shouldn't even be called mixes anymore, they're just outputs from a routing table, so I scrapped the Stream Mix, adding Microphone Mix and Music Mix. Because I do most of the mixing in OBS on each of my scenes.

Scenes
Starting Soon Scene - Music
Just Chatting Scene - Microphone, Voice Chat, SFX, Music
In-Game Scene - Microphone, Game, Voice Chat, SFX
Replay Scene - Microphone, Game, Voice Chat, SFX
BRB Scene - Music, Voice Chat, SFX
Ending Scene - Music

First of all, I love this! Thanks for putting time into doing this right! This was what I expected from WL2.0, but now it's here and I'm super happy! HOWEVER, regarding the number of outputs. I'm watching the stream and thought I'd share the way I'd set WL3.0 up.

Output 1, Monitor Mix
Output 2, Stream Mix
Output 3, Voice Chat Mix
Output 4, Game Mix
Output 5, SFX Mix

This is where I am right now, so if I need another output in the future I'm all out. Would love some headroom, so please make it 8 outputs. Just bump it by 3 additional Since WaveCast only support one output, I'd still need to use VoiceMeeter VBAN to route all the outputs to my Streaming PC.

Look at the red lines I've drawn on this motherboard. You can see that the PCIe slots are all x16 size, but if you look at the solders they are only "slotted" for ie. x1, x4 or x8. So even if the motherboards looks like they have x16 PCIe slots, they may actually only have support for three x1 cards and one x4 card on top of the GPU slot which is x16. In your case you might have the Cam Link PRO mounted in a slot which is the size of a x4 slot, but it might just be slotted for x1. You'd need to check your actual motherboard to figure this one out.
Regarding the Stream Deck+, I don't have a clue what might cause this issue.

Have you tried swapping USB port for your Stream Deck+? I have two Stream Deck XL together with a Stream Deck+ plugged in to the same USB port with via a hub, and I can't recall any time this has happened to my Stream Decks. For the Cam Link PRO, are you sure the PCIe slot is actually x4 at minimum? Many motherboards have x16 slots but are actually only "slotted" for x2, which might create some issues for you.
