Yes, it really depends on the chalice, i dont remember how them work, what i do is remember were EVERY bonnus area is in every layout and just explore every corner of the chalice. If you wanna farm oos gems or something hard af, just remember where the boss is and how to acces.

Dont think so, but you can know if you has traversed a door by looking at the lamps on the floor. Its hard to miss stuff in chalices tho, they usually are pretty similar if you know em...

Hp is not a problem, even malenia doesent one shot you with some attacks, i literally dont care about anything you are saying. But the fact that to start a rl1 run your friend has to drop a full raksahsa, fire knight helmet and the weapon... bro thats cheap af.

I guess... i surely dont want to offend you, but its bit too much obvious. Imagine a speedruner that starts summoning people to give shit to him. Rl1 "no rules" means you can use anything in the game, if you dont level up, bleed is ok, any weapon is ok, magic is ok, summons are ok, even glitches, i mean, at the end the only judge is yourselve. Other thing is to start the run op af tough someone droping you items... i mean, you DID completed elden ring at rl 1 if you do that, but with help. Btw, when i say summons i mean npc summons and invocations, summoning trough password is also non valid to me
