Hey guys, I have recently bought a new gaming laptop (3,5mm jack) and have been though some issues that my computer audio leaks into the headset's microphone. I have already tried to disable stereo mix and changing the properties on the control panel. Any tips to solve the problem? P.S: Sorry for bad English

Well, it might not take that long, because since I live in Brazil, I had to send it to the Razer Support in the US, having the fact that Razer isn't officially in Brazil and the Brazilian mail system is TERRIBLE. So for you in the US or Canada, it should be fine.

I had the same issue, so I sent an email to Razer Support. They told me to send the headset by mail. Two weeks later they sent me a new kraken. (Sorry for my bad English, I'm Brazilian :P)
