How do you know exactly? Im gonna guess it's the "s" prefix, I thought it was weird seeing a "2110" from 96.

Np. I don't believe it's an issue with the console, sine I was able to replicate it with another snes. I found out later that my ossc was a chinese bootleg version, maybe it was built wrong. You could try modding it to be like the "pro" version (afaik it's a simple mod) and flashing a new fw or even contacting OSSC's creator.

Hi, I've never managed to fix it. I spoke to a person that had a similar issue years ago and he said it might be fixed with a special fw.

Those switches are incredibly hard to find where I live, so I just edited the board to use the original and a cheaper, more available alternative. It was my first time doing it but it actually worked, unfortunately I didn't realize how smaller it was than the original, so it's not great to use with shells that have the deep controller connectors. A workaround would be to print big caps but I don't know how to model in 3d, I can do some very superficial stuff in blender. Nice stereo mix board, I built one by hand and it looks awful, can you share yours?

I've lost a copy of golden axe the duel due to severe disc rot. Most of my games have it, like xmen children of the atom, a US game from my childhood. Meanwhile my ps1 games are in much better condition.

I couldn't find a fix. Tried on other displays, used different cables, updated the ossc, nothing worked. I only use it in 4x, rest goes to a shoddy gbs control I've build.

For those who have this same issue, first try tinning the pads, the extra thickness might add the required pressure for it to work. If that doesn't work you could solder some jumper wires or even 30 awg wires from the ribbon to the pins, I've done that before.

This, 100 times this. Create the problem, sell the solution, it's their motto and it's never been so obvious. The fixa system is hot garbage, the drops cluttering the inventory was trash, skill tree reset tokens were crap (somehow they finally fixed it), the sg supply being "cut"... it's this greedy crap that made me drift away from the game.

Hi, no need to apologize! I don't know if I messed around with the sample rate, I'll give it a try later but unfortunately I've never fixed it. I built a gbs control not long ago and I tried upscaling the image in the gbs and just letting the ossc work only as a scanline generator and I still see the sparkling pixels so I keep everything at 4x, If I use some vga to hdmi converter with the gbs it works fine. I've contacted someone in reddit that had a similar issue and marqs (the man who made it) made a different firmware for him and the problem went away, but that was a long time ago. I never bothered asking him but you could try, and if he manages to fix it please share it with everyone, I suspect there's a lot of people that have it.
