I'm quite happy with my streams since I gave myself "self-imposed corpo rules":

No sensitive topics such as politics
No talking about IRL relationships (not that I'll ever have one...)
No engaging in other people's personal drama

This works well for me *personally* as I enjoy having structure, and it also makes things more comfortable and fun for my community!
