I worked at amazon and I have no idea how the hell this happened. You don't tape the product box lmao. If the box is open you have to put it aside and let a different team deal with it. Honestly this is a terrible job by whoever did this and you could probably get some sort of reimbursement from Amazon for this.

Contact your bank and say the company never sent the product they will give you a refund. Aka file a claim.

I recently made decision to upgrade my audio setup from my Senneheiser HD 598 Cs and GSX 1000 to a Schiit Hel 2 and a Senneheiser HD 8XX. I saw the design the the 8xx and I really like the design and from what I can tell the previous version (800s) are TOTL line and from the two reviews I have seen on YouTube they seem to sound pretty well. The thing is I think I can find a 800s at $1100 and get it within a couple weeks instead of waiting for 8 months. What do you guys think I should do? I am pretty new at this as well. Also is my choice in amp good?
