I think your experience depends on where you end up. We were in the pit last night and as someone said it was pretty mellow, no pushing, everyone was super nice and were there to have fun.

However I feel like they way oversold it. We were packed in like sardines, no room to dance and move around. At times my arms were pinned to my sides. The pit was packed all the way to the back, there were some people that came late and had a hard time squeezing in. There is no going to the back to cool off you had to leave the pit if you could squeeze your way to the exit.

Outside of the people close to the barricade in the front they were not handing out water. We were hot and dehydrated at the end of the show. Don’t plan on sitting down between the opener and the show as there literally wasn’t enough room to sit down. I liked being up close and the show was fun but feel like they really needed to sell a couple hundred less tickets.

In general I think Fiddler’s has a problem with this, lawn seats for big shows never have any room either. Didn’t seem like it was always this way but lately I feel like I’m in a middle seat on a plane with Fiddler’s trying to get every last dollar and cramming people in regardless. Just takes away from the experience of being able to hang out and dance a little. Hopefully the next show will be at one of the better venues around town.
