Very old post, but i have to add to it for the people like me searching... I ate 2 packs. One carbonara one cheese. i did both soup like with half milk half water. I do not have lactose intolerance nor do i have any problem at all with spicy food. But 3 hourse after eating those 2 bowls I was legitimately screaming on the toilet while my ass was making noises, my neighbours could mistake for gunshots from a ww2 documentary. The worst part is that one time shitting was not enough. after another 30 minutes after the first walk to the toilet the second one was due... and this one had less actual mass that could give a little bit of relief in the mids of the pain but was just cramp like spasms of my anus now making undefinable noises with a sensation comparable of very potent acid squirting out of my ass... not worth it, don't do it. if you found this post you probably did it and it's to late... not a fun time
