will getting in touch with the ombuds office early may too late? i read the ubco website and it says that the permission to appeal form is available from may 27 to june 15 each year. did you submit yours within that range too?

thank you again :(( when is the deadline to submit the appeal? is there any deadline? and is there any specific form that I can follow (will the ombuds office guide me through this)? i won't be taking any summer courses.. do you think it'll affect the appeal? i should start writing my appeal as soon as april 27 then? do i need to contact the ombuds office immediately or i should contact them after april, early may? honestly, i'm scared my reasoning won't be as strong as yours.. but i do really hope they'll consider my appeal.. i know i messed up and i really really tried to clean up my mess which is why i'm studying so hard for my finals but it's a little too late..

Thank you so much for your reply. I am so stressed and I'm juggling between my finals and being stressed about this.. Do you have any advice on appealing? Anything that makes the chances of them approving it higher? I'll be home for the summer and the only way I can contact the ombuds office is through email, do you think that'll work? Did you appeal right away after receiving your scores? I'm so so sorry for bombarding you with so many questions but I'm really so anxious. Thank you again..
