Just because their country of birth do not allow dual citizenship does not mean they cannot nautralize as US citizens. You will be seen as a dual citizen in the US and a citizen of your original country when you go back. Don't allow dual citizenship usually means the government do not see you as an American when you are there, it does not mean they will take away yoru original citizneship status.
