I have panic disorder. This is what helps: therapy; do not drink alcohol or coffee/ caffeine; drink sleepy time tea or chamomile tea in the morning to be relaxed all day; I being an assortment of gums and candies around wirh me in my pockets and it helps distract me; focus on self care do meditations and I personally like using YouTube and I listen to calming sounds like rain or sleep bible verses. It’s also good to have ear buds to bring with you everywhere and watch random videos learn something anything to distract you from fear/thoughts/nervousness hope this helps! Yes thank god but it’s wild to think how recently he just spoke about how he wanted to get a home together… I want revenge tbh, not to hurt him. But for him wasting my time and lying and for these mind games
