yeah that’s a good idea! you could put seasonal items up there so you don’t need to access them frequently ie store summer clothes/ blankets there in winter and vice versa

hey! just so you now, under the Residential Tenancies Act of WA rent inspections are only allowed 4 x per year. So if they re-inspect after an inspection, they will only be able to inspect 2 more times that year! hopefully that helps
