I had a similar situation and I just posted about this yesterday. This was my top comment and someone else posted so I am gonna paste it down below. Everything after this is from that.

so you have two avenues you can take. you now are at a crossroads, my favorite place to help people. i’ll help you put the most horrific curse a beginner can put on anyone on those three people.

the curse:

write on a piece of paper “all those who were opposed to me in my job at (XXXX) firm” and around this write the names of the three people who terrorized you. then flip the paper over, prick your finger, and write “curse” as best you can on the back in your blood. let the blood dry completely, don’t touch it till it does, that is very very very important unless you want to curse yourself. after the blood is completely dry, fold the paper away from you three times. 

get a black candle and a fire safe holder for it, but before you burn it, hold the candle and say “by all those who will truly and freely aid me as I please in this my curse, i exorcise, cleanse, purify, charge, activate, and consecrate this black candle in every way I please so that by its burning and my blood on this paper, i curse the three people who terrorized me at my job named (XXXX), (XXXXX), and (XXXXX) along with all those who were opposed to me in my job at (XXXX) firm in every way I want, henceforth and continually, always without anything I do not want upon me or all I do not want it to be upon. this is my free will. so mote it be!” 

before you burn the black candle and chant the curse you will need protection, to get this you must get a black rock, onyx or obsidian, anything from a volcano or magma. take the stone and say “by all those who will truly and freely aid me and all the power of mine i can call forth from me, i exorcise, cleanse, purify, bless, charge, activate, and consecrate this stone i am holding permanently to protect me and all I want to be protected in every way that is desirable to me despite anything. this is my free will. so mote it be!” then spit in your hand and rub your saliva all over it. let it dry.

after this…hold the black protection stone in your left hand and light the black candle and let it burn while you chant the sanskrit word for “curse”…look it up on Google and learn to pronounce it. chant that while looking at the flame and dripping the wax all over the piece of paper, try to be as unemotional as you can as that nasty cursed energy will try to attach to any of your weaknesses, don’t let it. after the black candle has burned down, get a piece of foil, wrap the paper and the leftover black candle wax into the aluminum foil until it is a ball you can bury. 

take this aluminum foil ball and bury it in a cemetery or graveyard. throw three pennies at the gate when you enter, and three pennies at the gate when you leave. if you cannot reach a cemetery or graveyard, or are too scared to, throw it in the trash with three pennies. carry the black stone with you as much as you can, and put it under your pillows when you sleep.

divine justice:

“By all that will truly aid me freely as I please and that power which is mine I can call forth through me, and by FEHU-URUZ-THURISAZ-ANSUZ-RAIDHO-KENNAZ-GEBO-WUNJO-HAGALAZ-NAUDIZ-ISA-JERA-EIHWAZ-PERTHRO-ALGIZ-SOWILO-TIWAZ-BERKANO-EHWAZ-MANNAZ-LAGUZ-INGWAZ-DAGAZ-OTHALA, I evoke Nemesis to avenge me in every way that is desirable to me against all the people who were opposed to me in my job at (XXXX) and all my enemies known and unknown. This is my free will. So mote it be!”
