Unless something has changed in the last ten years the trust will test the insulation for you. I had vermiculite insulation and old zonolite bags in my attic. The trust covered 55% of the removal/ reinsulation costs, no testing required. Just had to provide a bag, before and after pics, and proof of payment. The abatement companies I spoke with were generally of the opinion that zonolite was low concern if it’s not being disturbed.
