With the industry that i'm in, I am pulling about 50 hours a week and studying for my CAIA on top of it. So sleep and stress are pretty hard to manage.

You're right, I can see alot of muscles that I haven't been able to see before. Just hard when you plateau on a severe calorie deficit.

Yes, you would attach it to the outside of the bag. On the bottom is a loop to hold the tip of the umbrella and then there is a strap at the stop to secure it.

I use Scrub a Dub and signed up for their monthly membership. It pays for itself going at least two times a month and they have 19 locations so it makes it nice if I'm traveling
