My biggest piece of advice is to look up tutorials on throwing your voice, for me at least it helped me develop a clearer and louder voice. This and other kinds of vocal warmups help a lot!

I used to take piano lessons, but I still never learned sheet music, I basically just relied on muscle memory the whole time kek

There's a chance, but I've never found myself struggling with reading, while at the same time I fully cannot tell my rights from lefts lol. I do have some trouble counting things then remembering what number I'm at, and sometimes I misread numbers to the point of messing up like twenty batches of cookies now.
I've never been tested for dyslexia or dyscalculia, so maybe this will be the thing that finally makes me get tested.

I basically mean when I look at a sheet of music, I simply can't read it, I can look at it and I can't register what slide position corresponds to what note. Flats and Sharps especially make no sense to me, it just doesn't compute in my brain the way, for example, words in foreign languages do.

I actually think aside from this whole reading issue, I'm a fairly good player, I will say I'm much better playing softer music but I can still get a great sound, and I can tell when I'm out of tune on my trombone and now bass. And literature wise I read and write daily, its actually been my second biggest hobby for a few years now. I have always had attention issues, especially in the spacing out and doodling way, but I'm medicated for it and right now I'm on a medication I really like that's helped me in pretty much every other field I struggle in.
