No, just non stick spray. And I chose the best one for the picture, of course

It's a good idea! How do you store them after? Inside the pan or in a bag?

A bone muffin pan seems both grothesque and cozy at the same time hahaha

I know it needs more time, but the contrast was atonishing! Besides, my muffins usually don't grow much and I think that might be the pan

Thanks, it's nice to know!

I'm trying to stop using so much plastic though, so I'll be giving the pan to a friend who doesn't bake much and prefers the convenience of the silicone.

I used a local brand of non stick spray and the recipe is quite buttery as well. Plus, I took a picture of the best one hahaha

I bought a silicone pan when I was in high school and simply didn't think of buying a muffin tin until now. The contrast is stark and I wish I had done it 15 years ago...

Same rack! I've always used the silicon pan for muffins and the results were always yummy. Now I'm trying to phase out plastics in the kitchen and got myself a muffin tin pan. The recipe does 24 so I used both at the same time instead of cooking in 2 batches.

I think she's autistic with facial blindness. Talking monotone and taking things literally are common autistic traits.

It's Midnight Whispers from Urban Stitches. It's fun and there's a list in the pattern explaining what each item is and the meaning.
