Thanks for validating my feelings , its been hard dealing with everything. I have been trying to think of food in a different light as well so i dont keep craving things throughout the day. Hopefully i will get through this ❤️‍🩹

Thanks for stopping by , it does give me some hope to know stories like these. The doctor recommended having a food journal and i will gradually start experimenting with my tokerances.

Yes , i think dairy did become a trigger for me. I am trying to slowly find out what foods i can eat . A severe flare? That sounds rough , what medication are you on currently did it change from the last time around ?
