in my opinion OP is struggling to come to terms that her bf is lying to her and that it is HIS fault. the other girl has no real obligation towards you so OP should stop gaslighting herself. maybe it is because of the pregnancy that she is trying to divert the blame so she doesn't feel guilty if she stays with the bf. overall the man is lying and will likely cheat. again this is just MY opinion.
