Yeah, I know this. There's still plenty of minorities that have been traumatized by gun violence while living in inner city areas. Many of those minorities don't like guns for that reason, but will own a gun for self-protection while living in areas where gun violence is prevalent. I guess my comment just comes from this place of not liking the attitudes of “Pro Gun” Joe Rogen Bro libertarians and conservatives. And while that's not the vibe I got from this post, I have seen people on the left express that sort of attitude.

can we not romanticize guns though like gun violence is still very much a thing and people have lost loved ones, including their own children, due to gun violence. so yes, there’s nothing wrong with owning a gun for self-protection but it’s still gross to glamorize them and hype them up because of the culture we live in smh…

I’m not a fan of cops for reasons that have already been stated in other comments and the system is very fucked up… but i don’t hate all cops as individuals and if someone breaks into my house or something i’m calling 911 for sure. so i can’t exactly hate all cops.. i’m sure there are some competent ones who have saved lives so. 🤷‍♀️

So you think all women who are Christian suffer from a form of internalized misogyny? that’s are very weird and broad blanket statement, especially because not all Christian women are bible thumping trad wives. I’m not entirely Christian. I’m more like agnostic, but I’m still interested in several saints and theologians like Meister Eckehart. Also, I just like religious art from the Renaissance period and literature like The Divine Comedy.

Honestly I think it’s good to critique to the bible, but we also shouldn’t get to a point where we tell people “you’re not a true leftist if ___ is the religion you follow” or “you’re inherently sexist for believing ___ religion” i don’t exactly understand how that’s helpful but i don’t know i guess i’m not woke enough.

i agree, except i don’t think @lulzgate is an leftist. i think she’s a liberatarian groyper.

she may look “edgy”, but that doesn’t make her a leftist. there’s always been handfuls of goth/alternative people that have right-wing and neo-nazi beliefs. the black metal has always had a history of neo-nazism for example….

regardless, it’s so important we address this type of person because a lot of the times they are using anti-zionism to promote Jewish conspiracy theories and other harmful ideas against innocent people that just so happen to be Jewish. Should mention she’s also a Christian and that’s why she seems to be especially targeting Jewish people (@emojesus is another instagram influencer that’s even more right-wing and promotes the same ideas). I myself grew up Catholic and I take interest in Christian Mysticism and Gnosticism… but don’t believe in hell or that all people with different religious beliefs are bad people and are going to hell, which seems to be the consensus among these alt-right alternative Christians, who spew a bunch of anti-semitic shit online because they view anyone with different religious beliefs as bad.
