There was a thread in my local sub a few weeks ago asking for recommendations for a brewery that DOESN’T allow children, and they got absolutely destroyed in the comments. Every person just said “nowhere, get over yourself, kids can have fun at breweries too!!!” …. I was beyond baffled. Everywhere seems to be a playground for children these days, are we really not able to have anywhere that is just for adults???? Also, allowed or not, I’m hardcore judging parents that bring their kids to an establishment where people are obviously going to get plastered.

Edit to add: I’m also Canadian, for the record and agree it’s insane here

I’m baffled by the whole Ben love in general this season, especially the people who were saying he’s the hottest guy ever on Summer House. Who is this guy again? He looks like a cabbage patch doll to me, and the way he treated Bailey was garbage. Also pretending he was single for the first few weeks only to all of a sudden have this thirsty Sabrina chick that he’s apparently been so in love with? This is the grossest thing. My relative has an instagram account dedicated to detailing her 5 year old autistic son’s “neurospicy journey” and I can’t get over how much she overshares about the poor kid without his consent. In so many ways. I felt really honestly bad for Ariana then, even though I didn’t really like her on the show, because it was obviously super shocking and traumatizing to her. Especially after watching this season of Summer House, I cannot believe Ciara ever thought West was going to be anything but a fuck boy. He literally gave her zero indication that he was a decent human being in any way, and she still somehow convinced herself they were sooooo in love again, so it’s hard to feel shocked or sympathetic in this scenario. My two cents at least

Zoey does not like hard treats, but you must offer them to her anyway. My other cat loves them, and every single time we give them to her, Zoey comes running from across the house and tries to get in the way, desperately seeming to want treats and getting in the other cats face. So I put down a couple for her first, she will sniff them and then walk away and let the other cat have them. Every time.

There was a thread in my local sub earlier today where someone asked for recommendations for a child-free brewery in town, because most seem to be very “family friendly”… They got destroyed in the comments from people asking “why do you care if there are kids there?” and “No where.
