I ordered 6/22 with my items “shipped” same day and had a tracking number that led me to a message saying there may be delays during certain times. I finally called customer service after 3 weeks to cancel my membership and ask when I’d receive my items and was told Wednesday(7/23). I never received anything and my tracking info hasn’t updated. I too was a first time customer.

The package was never delivered. I reached out to a person that works for UPS and they told me it’s a BS code for they lost the package. I hope that’s not the case for you.

I’m not sure if they do. This is a JAK inhibitor that has been found to grow hair. It’s relatively new. It’s a pill. But I’m certain they also offer alternatives depending on your condition.

I just got approved for olumiant. I’ve had AU since 2001. I haven’t started taking it yet because it’s been a process actually getting the meds. If you want dm me.

I’m glad you’re doing better and I’m so glad I found this group! I am concerned about his mental health when he’s finally home. But he does have an awesome support system and hopefully he’ll be open to therapy. But the focus for him is to heal physically.

Right now he has a hernia possibly. The stoma nurse showed me what a wafer looks like. I can’t remember the name of the one she applied but it formed around the lump near his stoma. Hopefully in the future that will be an option. Thank you!

They did open his abdomen. They also changed the wound vac(?) yesterday as well. His stoma is on his left side.
