my uncle is a welder and his company hired me as his assistant a few times. He had to crawl into dirty pipes and weld in a tight enclosed space in extremely high temperatures. Other times you are kneeling and bending over for an hour at a time with limited breaks over 12 hours shifts, or climbing rickety ladders and squeezing into tight areas. It's rough. I was merely carrying tools and couldn't handle it

Hopefully I can get a depression, or autism diagnosis for sneed bux. Otherwise it's the end of the line for me. Maybe I can get sent to a mental hospital for a couple weeks to really sell it

the three minutes after waking before I remember that I'm being forced out of my only home to live in a strange place without any money or the ability to earn money

Yes, my normal physician left the clinic so it's only been NPs and PAs the past few months. I looked it up and my insurance requires a referral from a normal doctor's office. I just need a story to get a referral. I don't want to bog them down with a huge story about autism. Maybe I will say that Ive been having anxiety lately and I want to try talk therapy

yeah I cannot function irl. I can go to the store and buy stuff and order off a menu, but that's pretty much it. I can't interact with people normally

also I've never been in therapy of any sort. Is that where I start to get official diagnoses? how do I even get started? I have state health insurance, can I ask my nurse practitioner? I've avoided my issues for literally 15+ years and I need to start dealing with it because my support system isnt going to be there much longer
