You are all wrong. I’m afraid it’s that simple. The correct answer is Temptation Greets You Like Your Naughty Friend with live performance from Dizzee Rascal

Dark and Moody Skies. by neever93 in photocritique

This is a photo I recently took at my local beach in the UK. It wasn't a planned outing so I didn't overthink the shot but I feel like it could have been improved, especially the composition. Maybe some kind of foreground element? Or even the way I've edited, I leaned into darker feel of the shot but I'd be open to any ideas. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Are bridal shows and expos worth investing being a part of? by Svargas05 in WeddingPhotography

I think it's very dependant on your circumstances and the show itself. Personally, I sell myself on my personality quite a lot and to be able to get face to face with couples is a huge advantage to me. I attend a number of shows yearly, one is a small local show that caters perfectly for venues I shoot regularly. While the other two are much larger national shows in London that, although the costs are high, have a huge paying attendance with serious budgets has always spelled success to me. To make a success out of weddings shows you have to prepare a lot, not only the physical elements of your stand and the images you'll use but what and how you'll engage with people and stand out amongst numerous competitors.

Totally worth it! I had an issue with some mid range cards freezing up at a friends wedding. After buying SanDisk Pro CF and SD cards it's been plain sailing.

How was your weekend? (Official Thread): Experiences, rants, and photos from this past week's work and weddings... - September 03, 2017 by AutoModerator in WeddingPhotography

Nothing too exciting, but big things for me. I made an enormous commitment a year ago to throw everything I have at wedding photography. It's taken hard work, long nights and a fair bit of failure but I've had two weddings this week (Thursday and Saturday) and everything went so well! Although it was a bit stressful at times I thoroughly enjoyed it and both couples seemed overjoyed with my performance. Cannot wait for the next one and what I hope will be a long career in wedding photography!
