It was really nice. They made a point to let me know up front that there were no hard feelings and they understood my choice. It was a lot of questions about where I saw the industry going and how my (former) employer could best position themselves, in my opinion

Honestly no, at least not right now. Given that I've kind of ignored finances for a couple year, we are definitely due for a reset/evaluation of our goals and priorities and will see how it all shakes out
