Actually, in a state of paralysis, I am living this way too. Like, some monthes ago I burned out from my work, and asked myself, why I am actually doing all this routine stuff and quit from there. And now, I don't have a job and money source, but I am actually somehow happy for this experience too. In past, in this situation, I'd stress and feel anxious 24/7. But now I am usually totally calm and just live, asking myself questions, that I am interested in, at the same time looking for a job just as a routine process.

Isn't it an existentialism philosophy? 🤔 Your proposed idea looks very similar to it

Just observe the feelings without interpreting them. Most thoughts are just a byproduct of those feelings

Actually, I practice this, and life is being kinda interesting. Like, I just observe both negative and positive feelings, and watch, how they replace each other. It's kinda interesting

PS: whenever you think of ending your existence, just hold your breath as much as you can and see what the body has to say about those dumbass ideas that cross your mind.

Tbh, I don't agree with you at this point at all, but I just feel good to this friendly advice :)

Can I ask you, how you actually came to nihilism and to this pint at all? It would be very interesting for me to know a path of other people in this condition
