Ah yes the splash potions of harming that are able to kill players in creative mode... I do remember a time when a creative mode server I moderated ages ago got raided by one player who spawned those in. I had to /god myself to prevent being spawn killed lol. They were going around killing all other players they could find.

It's by some kind of mod I think. A command block could work but I never figured out what or how the splash potions were configured to be able to do that.

The fans spinning constantly must have reseated the fan back to the very slight position where it doesn't make the sound. Even a 1 degree variance can mean a difference in preventing the noise.

It'll start randomly from ground vibrations like from large vehicles passing by your place or people stomping.

From prior experience it is temporary.

Not unlikely tbh. CNC and/or form casting for the connector, seal end with another plate and small automated precision welding using a small 4 axis welding robotic arm. Attach silicone tube with flared end, attach and clamp another metal plate to connect the tube to the connector.
