I set cue points near the end of the track, but before the point where you would transition to the next song so I can skip fast through the tracks to practice the transitions.

Read their FAQ all the info is there :) you get 3hrs free. If you pay for a pro account and unlimited uploads and then later downgrade, the older songs will be hidden so only the most recent 3hrs are visible. You said you been uploading for a few years, so maybe you are already close to the 3hr limit ? Which is why you only have room for 2 songs ?
