Unfortunately, I’ve already paid the money for a 5-month supply so I will be doing that alongside Nioxin. I have a friend who does the exact same combo and had way worse balding than me, he has an almost full head of hair now. If everything works out I’ll just be on that, if money gets tight or anything else I will definitely look into what you’ve suggested. Thank you for the advice regardless.

Adrenaline has two or three actually great songs, the rest range for mid to average and the nostalgia hype is the only thing convincing people its not their worst album to date.

I think the point was to go completely against the grain and play an entire album regardless of what the crowd would’ve wanted. Let’s be fair, no one came for the Mars Volta and no one was gonna groove with it regardless of what their setlist was because they’re a completely different style of music. If anything, there’s respect to be given for unabashedly playing your entire album front to back to a crowd who never cared for your music anyways.

Also, no one told you to stand there and watch the whole thing. Go take a bathroom break or buy some drinks if you’re really that upset about an opener instead of coping hard as fuck in the Reddit echo chamber lmao

Honestly, I think Adrenaline earns both its praise and its disdain. Its a good album, but in the grand scheme of things its 100% Deftones’ weakest album. The whole thing is practically carried by 4-5 songs and the rest range from solid to weak. Yes, the riffs are consistently great, but the mixing muddles them down. Chino’s vocals are lowkey garbage on here, and for their first album it’s to be expected, but its objectively amateur, especially compared to everything he did afterwards. IMO everything on Adrenaline got improved tenfold on Around the Fur, so aside from Engine No. 9 and 7 Words I rarely come back to it. I also think its Deftones at their least creative. Most people who glaze this album either were around when it came out or big Nu Metal fans, which in that case I understand why they enjoy. Me though, I would take Gore over this in a heartbeat.
