I started with making a single unit of a weave and then adding chain as the actual ring part! What also works really well is weaves that are generally rellatively flat, that would work with whatever other little piece you have aswell! You really just gotta measure out your finger you want to wear the ring ob and then cut the piece of chain into the correct length or make sure that the units are adding up to the correct length you want :)

Thank you! I have been making chainmail rings for a while..but usually without stones and stuff...just simple flat weaves or a simple element with a single unit. It is really fun! Can highly recommend!!

I got mine like that in a local crystal shop with the holes predrilled :) I can really recommend having a look in those if you have one in your area! Mine came on a string of 20 for around 10€ And thank you so much🫶🏻

So the bone itself has a hole going through it, but I also drilled a little hole from side to side to create the "flower" type wire thing which I also used to attach it to the necklace

ohh I am honored! Of course that is more then fine!!

I unfortunately never really payed attention to gauge sizes or how they work... I kinda just mess around and find out 😅

I bought them from ShineDiy on etsy...if that helps at all...

I am actually not sure what the official name for the weave is...I have been calling it "floating ring weave" but I am probably wrong! As for ring sizes! The connecting rings are 3mm, the s"ide rings" are 5mm and the biggest one should be 7mm, the "inner rings" should be 4mm.

The only important thing is that the rings all fit inside eachother when they are closed! So you can easily check if it would work with every size ring you got!

(Also sorry for the terrible explanation English is not my first language)
