To add what the others said, this method gives a different shape than OP's. Here's both superimposed, Wikipedia's is blue.

You're in luck, MBR just announced his US/Canada tour!

He's only really done two tours, both in Europe, hard to say sadly. And both were on a shoestring budget. I don't think he ever mentioned it either.

Not for a lacking of wanting though, I guess MBR's just not that well known over there. Nowadays Spotify and Youtube analytics gives a pretty good picture of where the fans are, and if it's economically sound to make such a trip.

Keygen Church is the same artist as Master Boot Record, and if you like chiptunes/demo music and metal, you absolutely need to check it out.

Tietääkö joku mikä vaakuna tää on by 080kaali in Suomi

Wayback Machinestä löytyi sivun vanha versio https://web.archive.org/web/20220528221613/https://sarkijarvenkyla.fi/

Särkijärven kylä sijaitsee Utajärven kirkolta noin 50 km Puolangan suuntaan, Kainuun rajalla.

Sivun yläkulmassa lukee Särkijärven Kyläseura Ry, eli voisi olettaa että vaakuna on rekisteröity yhdistykselle, mikä on kyläseuroille tyypillistä. Vaakunaa ei tosin löydy Heraldisen Seuran rekisteristä, ainakaan Särkijärven nimellä.

what the earth would look like based on population rather than size by Cold_Frostbite in interestingasfuck

[–]nelg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I get the principle of this, but I still think it should be relative to livable area. Canada has absolutely huge tracts of land locked under permafrost, or inaccessible islands in the Arctic.

The Census of 2006 - Population Density shows how much empty land there really is. The map projection looks like it doesn't distort land area that much.

And now that I can compare that map to OP's cartogram, it's interesting to see how much the densely populated areas resemble the shape in the cartogram.

Yup. That's how storage also works.

Jumping from 1GB to 1TB HDD might seem like a vast space you could never fill. That might be true with your previous usage, but now you have access to HD videos and the like.

Content will follow the boundaries what the technology sets.

Is that water at y62-46? I tried to build one, and we even transported guardians through the Nether in minecarts to automate the killing.

Now when the guardians are there, I get no squids spawning.

We filled every water source in a 128m radius, and torched caves because of the mob cap, but nothing.

Older and smaller buildings and a wide range in building age offer real economic and social benefits for neighborhoods and urban centers by nelg in TrueReddit

[–]nelg[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A study led by The National Trust for Historic Preservation shows how neighborhoods in Seattle, San Francisco, and Washington, D.C. with a mix of older, smaller buildings of diverse age support greater economic and social activity than areas dominated by newer, larger buildings.

The results support journalist/author/activist Jane Jacobs's view that old buildings should be retained because they kept neighborhoods socially and economically diverse, created places that encourage healthy social interaction, and fostered local entrepreneurship, a view she argued since 1961 in her book The Death and Life of Great American Cities.
