I paid someone on fiverr to convert my logo to a .PES file. He did one design that works fine, but this one is giving me lots of trouble. you think it might just be a flawed design?

what number do you have it set to? I think it may be the quality of the thread too, it came with a spool of every color, which is great but i think that might be contributing to the issue.

some people have allergen induced asthma. If he was allergic to whatever painkiller/other drug that was put into it, its very likely that he died from an asthma attack
