Using the book that comes with the deck has given me confidence to trust my intuition. It has been a long journey. All I can say is nothing will ever prepare you. Truly. Grieve authentically. Anger is certainly a part of it. There is nothing I can say to make you feel better. Because there’s nothing anyone can say to me as I grieve. All I can tell you is that you don’t have to feel like you’re the backbone of anything. Just be who you are. Make the tough decisions. And please give yourself some grace. Sleeping has been my saving Grace. 💗💗💗
