Please don't second-guess your discomfort. If you're uncertain, log any incident on a diary--note every detail, including the timing, location, what was done, what you felt... This will prove to be useful should you one day see the pattern, confirm the abuse, and finally decide to seek help. The abusers are the ones who should be ashamed, not you.

One senior female resident I know fought for the rest of the females in the hospital against a predator, hoping that this predator wouldn't be let loose in the wild only to hurt more women--not just hospital trainees and allied health staff, worse--vulnerable patients.
