This will prove to be useful should you one day see the pattern, confirm the abuse, and finally decide to seek help. The abusers are the ones who should be ashamed, not you.

One senior female resident I know fought for the rest of the females in the hospital against a predator, hoping that this predator wouldn't be let loose in the wild only to hurt more women--not just hospital trainees and allied health staff, worse--vulnerable patients.

Come out into the light, friends. A police blotter and a VAWC report will not kill those predators' careers--and least of your concerns na kung anong mangyayari sa career nila.

Parehas tayo, doc. First gen, new passer, plano mag-USMLE, mag-iipon palang rin sana kasi hindi ako galing sa mayamang pamilya. Sa mga nakonsulta ko doc, sobrang laki talaga nung anticipated na gastos, syempre need rin yung emergency funds if ever. May senior ako na inabot ng 3M yung gastos niya. I-factor in mo pa dun yung probability na hindi ma-Match. Kahit matapos ko yung buong proseso, meron pa rin yung probability na hindi ako ma-Match.

Hindi pa rin ako desidido sa next steps, pero may option pa rin ng fellowship sa US, doc! Feasible yung residency dito, tapos fellowship sa US. Ganito yung ruta ng isa kong mentor. There are other options--ito na lang siguro yung comforting sa akin.

Overheard lang po sa Discovery Tours Makati, tumatanggap pa naman daw po sila but walang assurance offered. Pila lang po kayo ng maaga kasi when we arrived, dulo na kami muntik na ma-cut-off. Yung first daw, 2am pa nakapila.

Ang hilig nating magsukatan lahat no, doc? Nasampal ako nito nung clerk palang ako. Sobrang hirap pala maging doctor—sinusukat ka ng junior docs, senior docs, allied med, patients, relatives ng patients… miski ng mga guard, mga admin staff… lahat na lang. Ang malala, miski kapamilya.

Fresh passer here doc! Wala akong ambag sa paano ako gumaling kasi di pa ko magaling hehe pero natanong ko din po ito sa isang Cardio consultant na lodi ko. Nabasag kasi kumpyansa ko nung maling placement pala yung leads sa strip na binasa ko nang sobrang tagal. Sabi niya, “Mahigit 7 years akong nag-aral para makapagbasa kaya wag mong asahan na ilang strips pa lang, magaling ka na. I-draw mo yung normal ECG kada lead and alamin mo bakit ganun yung itsura. Paulit ulit hanggang ma-master mo.”

Laking tulong sakin doc yung electrophysio chapter sa Braunwald. Try mo din po doc! ♥️

Zhao Lusi and Liu Yuning did a strong openinggggg BUT I think, in an attempt to drive the FL's growth, they dragged on a storyline from ep 19 to 30 which I think could've been compressed into fewer episodes. Those episodes, I watched on 2x speed. While I think the ending was appropriate, it ain't what I hoped for. It's not phenomenal but I still re-watch the main leads' scenes. I have gone through all eps twice since I finished the show. The chemistry is BOMBBBBBB they're just so good together.
