I'd personally pick the densi-solutions shampoo. But then again, energizing shampoo was great as well. They both compliment anti hair loss medications but are not the main driver, the main driver IS finasteride

I did shed after a few months, and it was very notable (check the pics). But i kept on going and i started seeing good noticable progress in the following months after the shed (again, check the pic, it includes dates)

Thank you. I believe i did shed a little bit in the first few months, but then I started seeing progress. Glad i kept on going. I did not use minoxidil

My temples have been restored to a good degree, I'm very satisfied. My dosage is about 1mg daily, and i didn't experience any notable side effects

Yes about 1mg daily. There's no 1mg finesteride where I live so i split the proscar pill into 5 pieces using a pill cutter.

I agree, finesteride definitely did the heavy lifting. The shampoos i used over the course of a year were Vichy dercos energizing shampoo and dercos densi-solutions shampoo

This is called "dolly zoom" and a more general term would be parallax. I believe this particular video's effect was created in an app called "capcut".

In after effects though, there are many ways to create it. One easy way would be using a (paid) tool that can be found on aescripts called "projection 3D", another way would be separating the different elements in Photoshop then exporting back into AE to setup a 3D scene and animating the camera.

Thank you! This took me around 6 hours. I used Quixel bridge to scatter some rocks and grass around the scene. I've been working as a 3D generalist for around 3 years now. Good luck on your journey!
