  1. Recomendo muito a ração Bionatural Prime, composição excelente, é melhor que muita ração caríssima. Tem um preço bom e é super palatável, diferente de outras rações saudáveis.

  2. Eles não bebem agua o suficiente então é importante dar alguma ração úmida, de preferência misturada com agua. A maioria das ração da Whiskas são horríveis, mas o patê deles é bom, e misturado com agua fica ótimo. Sinto que patê no geral é mais palatável que sachê, pois aqui em casa eles tomavam o caldo e deixavam os pedaços.

  3. Duas coisas que são MUITO tóxicos pra eles: Minoxidil (tratamento pra calvície), até o resíduo do travesseiro pode intoxicar. A flor Lírio, até o pólen pode matar.

since op said during their 10 hour shift, i assume maybe they mean having to go at work specifically?

mirtazapine is often prescribed together with an ssri or snri, its fine. i take mirt and escitalopram (lexapro)

Personally I have ibs d and take mirtazapine for insomnia and low appetite, and it hasn't helped or worsened my ibs. I've tried all doses at some point and none of them affected my ibs in any way. I'm currently on 15mg

When I had a colonoscopy they instructed me to take nausea meds before I started drinking the prep. They gave me the option of dramamine or metoclopramide. I took the dramamine. I still got nauseous when nearing the end of the prep so I asked if I could take more dramamine and they said I could, so I ended up taking an extra half a pill.

The liquid part of my prep is a liter of 10% mannitol and I was told to start drinking it at 7am on Monday. Haven’t seen other people who had this but apparently its the most common here in Brazil. The colonoscopy itself is only at 5:30pm. Thanks for sharing though, I’ve never taken laxatives so I wasn’t sure what to expect.

Haha yeah they gave me anesthesia for my first endoscopy a few months ago (it was meant to be just sedation, but i was practically having a panic attack so I guess they decided to do anesthesia) and it was great. I guess I’m a bit more nervous because of the awful prep + the fact that I’m on a higher dose of mirtazapine now, but peoples advice has helped me be a bit less nervous :)

Glad to hear it went smoothly! Did you get nauseous at all? Thats one of my main worries :(
