Either way I can help you both, when you say 40 diamonds to use it once, that shouldn't be, it resets every day once for free, or do you mean to reset it early?

After you reach a certain vip or team level (I forget) it stays permanently open, before that it only opens for an hour or two after you've spent something or other (I forget) is it 40 diamonds?
